Tori is a highly experienced Head of Professional Conduct & Operations with the NRCPD (The National Registers of Communication Professionals working with Deaf and Deafblind People), a voluntary regulator responsible for maintaining a register of over 2000 Language Service Professionals. She is committed to the fairness and integrity of registration and regulation of language service professionals and joins the registration panel with extensive knowledge and understanding of effective regulation.
