Qualifications: Caroline is an Irish CODA and was born in Ireland. She is currently working full time as a Senior Irish Sign Language Interpreter in the Houses of the Oireachtas Service (Irish parliament). Caroline graduated in 1999 with an Associates Degree in Interpreting and American Sign Language from San Antonio College, Texas, USA. In Ireland she was R2 accredited in 2000 and RI accredited in 2006. Caroline has over 25 years of experience interpreting in all settings. Caroline is a active member of the Deaf community and was first Chairperson and founding member of the Council of Irish Sign Language Interpreters (CISLI). Caroline holds a BA (hons) in Local Studies from Maynooth University.
